Four days to Halloween and I am bursting at the seams with excitement. It’s not an Italian holiday. It’s not an Australian one either, but I love it. One of my annual traditions is pumpkin carving. I spend way too much time on the internet deciding what I’m going to carve and then almost losing a finger trying to recreate the design at home. I very much take a Texas approach to pumpkin carving – go big or go home!
This year, I’m undecided. There are so many gorgeous designs out there. I can’t choose one, so I thought I would share my favourites with you and spread a little of the holiday fun.
